Your personal touches? We’ll make sure they sparkle. Got vendors? We’ll keep them in line, and with your timeline locked in, from “I do” to “let’s dance,” it’ll be smooth sailing.

But here’s the deal:

We’re not your decorator—that’s their magic. We’re not replacing your planner—it’s your vision, our support! Venue managing, floral arranging, DJing, or bussing tables? We leave that to the pros. And as for the weather? Well, that’s one thing we can’t control!

You've put so much heart into planning your wedding—and now you're ready to enjoy it. This package is designed for couples who’ve handled most of the details but know the value of having a trusted expert
take the reins when it matters most.

Before the Big Day
We'll have two personalized check-in sessions to fine-tune your plans and keep everything on track. You'll have access to me as your personal consultant—someone who understands your vision and is here to support your choices. I’ll also visit your venue and craft a tailored mini timeline for either your ceremony or reception, depending on where you want support. This isn’t about taking over—it’s about stepping in where you need me most, so the day flows effortlessly..

On the Day
You choose the focus: ceremony or reception. I’ll be there to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Ceremony Support: I arrive an hour before guests to set the stage, then stay through your vows and send-off.
Reception Support: I’ll be on-site an hour before cocktail hour begins, staying through the key moments—until the dance floor opens and the celebration is in full swing.

Need a little extra time? I’ve got you. Additional hours are always available.

Full Wedding Day Coordination: Seamless Support from Sunrise to Last Dance

You’ve planned the day of your dreams—now let’s make sure it unfolds exactly the way you envisioned. This full-service coordination package is for couples who want someone they trust to take charge on the day, so they can be fully present, from the moment the doors open to the last sparkler fade.

Leading Up to the Day

We’ll connect for 2–3 detailed check-in calls to refine every detail. I’ll personally visit your venue to walk
through the flow of your day and ensure the logistics align with your vision. As your dedicated wedding consultant, I’ll review (or help you build) a full-day timeline, communicate with your vendor team, and if needed, attend and direct your rehearsal to make sure everything runs smoothly—no surprises, no stress.

On Your Wedding Day
I’ll be by your side from start to finish—managing your ceremony, reception, and every meaningful moment in between.

I’ll oversee set-up, décor, vendors, timelines, and transitions. I’m the point person for your venue, vendors, and guests, keeping everything on track while you stay centered on what matters most: the celebration, the love, the joy.
